Richard RossRichard met his wife, Kate, while at University in 1980. Richard was completing a degree in computer sciences at the time when Kate was on full-time staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. Richard has worked in a variety of areas including telecommunications, software engineering, and application solutions. He has been self-employed since 1994 and his work has enabled travel throughout the USA as well as into Europe and Asia. A strong characteristic in Richard is to clarify details and seek a balanced, appropriate solution to the question at hand.

Three of Richard and Kate’s five adult children are married: Ashley & Josh, Richard & Lisa, and Betsy & Enrique. Two other children, Robert and Lyndi, pursue school and work interests. Richard and Kate enjoy one granddaughter, Skye.  Richard’s family enjoys spending time together and meeting new people, being outdoors and camping, home projects and improvements, and hospitality and relationships. In particular, Richard and Kate enjoy playing music together and value daily walks for one-on-one time together.
